The authentic taste of Campania is a constant factor in our gastronomic offer, a true and real trip through the culture and tradition of Positano and our region.
To start with in the morning, we offer a large buffet with a significant amount of true Neapolitan fresh pastry, certified cheeses and cold cuts from the best local producers.
All this accompanied with the famous “Caffe’ del Professore”.
During the day our breakfast corner will be transformed into an original Bruschetta Cafe; a tasteful and rich gastronomic alternative with deep roots in the Neapolitan tradition.
Thanks to an inventive bouquet of recipes, accompanied with the famous pizza bread of Vico Ecquense, you can taste some of the finest local products of the Amalfi Coast like the Mozarella di Agerola, tuna fish from Cetara and, why not, also the Limone Sfusato Amalfitano.
All this without forgetting our fine wine cellar where you can find the best local and national labels.
